Mental movies that keep on giving
First, learn the rules
1. If I want a positive result, I must MENTALLY rehearse it in the right frame of mind. We get 95% of what we expect by creating mental movies of ourselves in action in the future. Why? Because we are storing long-term memories in our brain to use as a future roadmap instead of driving down the road haphazardly and unmotivated in our thinking and actions.
2. You are using specific targeting vs. random searching (which usually leads to negative feelings such as rejection, shame, fear, and stress).
3. It is not enough to read (decipher the words on the page), you have to think
asking you questions and answering them about the new ideas you find.
What does “The image precedes the feelings” mean?
Reality: Your mental movies (images) produce your emotions from your right brain. Sometimes those images are positive and happy, while more often they can be negative and frightening. Have you ever heard things like this in your overly anxious mind?
I’m sure I’ll get an F; I don’t deserve to win; they will let me pass for the highest position; I am too dumb; they will see through my little tricks at any moment.
What your brain has in long-term inventory can be used to create (reflect) your future successful behaviors. So make a new DVD set for your brain
find. Mental movies of winning, smiling and laughing for your
successful actions.
Now answer the question, what does it really mean that images precede emotions?
4. The power of Target Affirmations is to offer Point-and-Click programming
of your Quantum Computer’s brain – the right hemisphere. It is a computer command that is written in neuroplastic code and must be obeyed. It is in the form of a question to draw the attention of your left (verbal) brain to transfer the specific request through your corpus callosum to your right (visual) brain for action.
5. Tonality is the strength, conviction, and expectation of your voice. It tells your brain whether to pay attention to your new programming and act on it, or ignore it because you’re just playing around and you don’t believe it.
Take the tone of telling others how serious you are about your commitment. It forces them to listen and find you and your message irresistible. It makes people help you succeed and accept your ideas. Do you sound like a kitten or do you roar like a lion? It’s the body language of your vocal cords.
It reveals your deepest beliefs and your persistence and determination to prevail. What you expect to happen and what you work for, is a trigger (filter)
which often creates your future. When you believe and act as if you have already won, you have a great secret of success. It is the Power of the Will,
your effort is doubled by your willpower to succeed, regardless of the circumstances. Not magic, neuroscience.

First, close your eyes and mentally (quietly) repeat the above objective.
statement 5 times while simultaneously viewing a Speedlearning mental movie an imaginary page. How? Make the Z for Fox, moving your hand from left to right and from right to left, and the index finger of your dominant hand making a lizard (diagonally) with the 3 elements of the Z.
Second, eyes open: quietly (whisper) your Goal Statement 5 times, and move your index finger to the Z strategy for Fox down on the imaginary page. (You are training your brain to accept your computer
orders through your Lobby-Ocular-Reflex, Fresh-Pursuit-Tracking).
What if:
1. Every day in every way, how can I ACE all my exams and get better and better?
2. Every day in every way, how can I ACE all my courses, and be
better and better?
3. Every day in every way, how can I ACE in all my interviews and be better and better?
4. Every day in every way, how can I ACE all my presentations, and be
better and better.
5. Every day in every way, how can I ATTRACT the opposite gender and be
better and better?
6. Every day in every way, how can I HAVE great financial wealth and
be getting better?
Finally, mentally visualize yourself simultaneously while repeating the affirmations: a) with your SAT returned with top marks (2400); b) smiling at your A+ in your courses; c) be offered the highest position by the human resources officer; d) be wildly applauded for your performance; e) laughing in the company of their Significant-Other; f) feel powerful smiling at your huge bank account.
Question: Create your own Goal Statement for quick recovery from a
cold or to eliminate unnecessary pain from a pulled muscle (or worse).
Don’t skip this exercise, or you’ll miss out on the cool stuff.

The Law of As-If: To be massively successful, you must think-as-if, feel-as-if, believe-as-if, and act-as-if you’ve already succeeded. You create mental images that trigger actions that lead to your desire for success. When you activate the law of
As if you were signally your brain and its nerve pathways, you are persistence.
and determined to win and not just a conspirator (playing).
Your brain communicates with itself and with all parts of your body through electrochemical action. Destiny affirmations trigger mental images by creating new memories to form new and positive mental movies. They are electrically and chemically activated when you ask them to, like pointing and clicking on your computer.
Reciting your Target Affirmations triggers behavioral actions that lead to your massive successes in all aspects of your life.
Killer Idea to capture and possess: what you resist persists, what you accept you can modify and improve. Example: Maybe I’m dumb at math, but I can hire an engineer and focus on my strengths to cultivate people, ideas, and market my inventions. Example: Maybe I’m not the smartest cookie in the
box, but I know the learning strategies and no one has more willpower to
be successful than me.
How often do you talk yourself out of trying something new, if the risk is minimal?
The last word is a preview: have you ever heard of the Deming cycle? It’s called PDCA for
Plan-Do-Check-Act, and means Plan (Identify and analyze the problem),
Do (Little test of your solution), Check (measure and improve daily) and
Take action (implement your improvements).
Important? It is the secret weapon of Honda, Toyota and SONY and was created by the American economist W. Edward Deming. It works, and SpeedLearners should use it. Even if you’re 12 years old, you can learn to think like a successful CEO.
The secret is to ask yourself and the other members of your team the right questions, which will lead to powerful solutions and personal success.
