In it we can escape from the reality in which we live. At the push of a button, we are in beautiful places, doing exotic things, even if you are sitting on the bus next to a bandit BO in a heat wave. Our ability to remember things and be in the moment is slipping down a path we know nothing about. Cell phones are designed to keep you mindless, to keep you stunted, under constant control and monitoring. Cell phones offer a positive way to send and receive information and to be able to connect with people around the world, but they are also taking away much more than we know. Here are some tips to help improve the mindless mental slavery and attachment that cell phones have on so many people.
Smartphones are only part of the problem, they are a big part of the problem that has begun to affect the Earth we all live on. The root cause of mental illness that mobile phones have greatly contributed to is attachment. Attachment to ideas, dreams alternate false realities that people live all over the world. Most of this is created by the media, the economic system that puts the money and things like the definition of happiness and success. Money, products, status are all attachments, delusions of reality. Cell phones give the common person a glimpse of this false illusion of happiness and success. By having the smartphone next to the body most of the day. This is not just an unhealthy mental, emotional, and interpersonal dependency; offers a host of negative physical health risks.
Cell phones, smartphones, tablets, and all wireless receiving devices emit and attract EMF radiation. Cell phone towers send signals over frequencies we can’t see (ELF) Extremely Low Frequencies. The way an EMF electromagnetic frequency ELF wave harms you physically is that it disrupts the neurological and cellular communication pathways in our body. Our cells, tissues, organs, every part of the human body runs on an electrical current. This is how it repairs, feeds and regulates the day to day. 1. Practice detachment: detachment is the art of not letting anything affect you too much. This can be learned through meditation and mindfulness. Learn to control the thoughts and impulses that smartphones have made so easily accessible. You don’t need the information exactly every moment you think about it. If you can control your attachment to unnecessary thoughts, you can control your need to grab your smartphone every 30 seconds for no reason other than that it’s there and you can do it. Most of the time you just waste time and energy looking at stupid things.
2. Get multiple types of EMF protection: Air tube headsets give you the ability to talk on the phone while keeping the phone away from your body and more importantly your brain. 5. If you move and shake, write a personality that simply has to be in demand, on the move all the time every day, no matter what, no matter how; and you really need the smartphone implanted in the body 24/7. Doing a body cleanse will improve your reaction to the radiation emitted by cell phones. EMF radiation reacts most strongly to cells in the body that have mold and mildew.
