A checklist for MLM success.
That’s what I’m talking about here. Every new mlm distributor needs a checklist when starting out to create a “roadmap” of what you need to do to get started.
Why?
Easy.
Duplication.
If you have a checklist that a new network marketing distributor can follow and check off what they have done, then you have created a system that can not only be duplicated, but also taught.
By virtually anyone.
A checklist will also provide one other thing besides duplication.
Responsibility.
If a new MLM distributor knows that they will be asked to complete part of a checklist, then the chances of them doing so are greatly increased!
It simply shows the new network marketing distributor tasks that need to be done, and a good checklist will even have the date the task was completed.
Secret of HELL:
If a new mlm distributor has a list of things to do, the seriousness of the approach they take will increase significantly.
You, as a sponsor, must provide a PATH to success from the start that GUIDES the new distributor through the first few tasks they need to accomplish.
And it must be a step by step path.
Your checklist should have some kind of direction and purpose. It can’t just be a list of tasks that don’t make sense. They should be what will prepare the new MLM distributor for the initial launch of their new MLM business.
There are many forms and types of checklists. I have seen many in the industry, and they all differed in some way.
It is not the list itself that is important, but the fact that there is a path to follow and a path that you can access as you start in this business.
A list must contain 3 things:
1) Tasks that set up the new distributor with the MLM company.
This part of the list should contain what is needed to get the new distributor on the computer and order inventory, and anything else your business requires.
2) A list of what must be done to establish and participate in the MLM business.
This can be as simple as a warm market list and a time to start calling names.
3) Target dates to perform the tasks in Network Marketing.
Make the dates have a sense of urgency but not intimidate the new person…
And a list should always be “user friendly”, easy to follow and not complicated as this will accelerate the will of the new mlm distributor to do it faster.

1) Make sure all documentation is ready and the requested Product.

As you can see, the first part is to clear the paperwork and then do what I call a “Kick-off Meeting”. This is a meeting that is scheduled to officially train and “kick off” the new mlm distributor’s business.
Secret of HELL:
Every new network marketing distributor needs an “Official Kickoff” for their mlm business, and a kickoff meeting accomplishes that. It is the starting point where the new network marketing distributor begins to work on their business.
Follow the steps for the kickoff meeting, and if there is a quick start training from your company, review it with them. PassionFire also has a quick start training if your mlm company doesn’t have one.
Tools are VERY important. Go over all the tools with the new mlm distributor and make sure they understand them.
Role play with the new mlm distributor with 3 way calls. It is a requirement! It will help build confidence in them and also show them the power of the 3 ways.
Then plan your first showroom meeting, usually at your home, or a luncheon, or just make appointments with the new distributor to go see people.
