Our main problems are due to fear, doubt and other conflicts. We all face certain problems in certain areas of our lives. It is the nature of our life experience. It doesn’t mean we should worry. Stress has a direct negative influence on our health.
Difficulties are a necessary part of our life. It is almost impossible to avoid them but we can overcome them with our strength and lifestyle. You cannot adopt a healthy lifestyle if you are always worried about your work and your relationships.

Health is an essential necessity to live a healthy life. Don’t forget to follow these fitness tips:
- It is recommended to consume 3 to 4 servings of fruits and 6 to 8 servings of vegetables a day. My clients told me that it is not easy to do for more than a week, so I recommend that you eat only 1 or 2 servings of fruit a day.
- Salad on a 6-inch-diameter plate
